--- Comment #2 from roger at rogercalvert.me.uk ---
Having recently changed my computer, I'm afraid that I can't report what
version I had on the old one.

I am not behind a proxy.

I have not yet attempted to install MRI on the new computer. However, I note
that the latest version of MRI on the Extensions site is 1.1.4
(https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/mri-uno-object-inspection-tool).

The update installation which failed was version 1.3.4. Is it possible that a
version which has not been released has accidentally triggered an 'update
available' message?
