I have no idea about that extension.
What I see is
https://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/mri-uno-object-inspection-tool
with version 1.3.3.
Please install LO version or contact author to check why the newer one is not
on LO extension site. 
Until then, I close as NotOurBug.
If you have some new info, fell free to set Unconfirmed.
