Don't think this request goes that far. It's more to default to "Automatic"
instead of "All Styles", which was suggested by Jay in bug 69551 comment 7.
Remarkable is the discussion below - it's not clear that all users would
benefit from a change. 

So my take here is duplicate; I like the idea to remember the selection and
would keep this ticket open for just this. Opinions?
