The cell which has conditional formatting condition met should get formatting
defined in the style defined by the format. If that style has alignment set to
bottom, then so will be it.

Please check if that's the case here; if not, then please attach a sample
spreadsheet here to reproduce, and state your OS and LO version info (not only
in metadata, but explicitly in the comment: metadata might be changed later,
and only comments keep the history of what appeared where). When answered,
please reset status back to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks.
