Most languages are Left To Right like English
Some languages are Right To Left like Persian, Arabic
Numbers are Left To Right in English as well as Persian and Arabic.
Trying to write/editing a sentence witch is mixed of 2 different direction like
Persian and English, Persian and Persian Numbers or ... makes UI laggy and
unresponsive.

There is no problem if a sentence is in one direction (for example LTR) and the
next one witch is separated by Enter is in other direction (in this example
RTL).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any LibreOffice component
