An ODT document for testing bug.

there are 4 sentence in this document.
First sentence pure Persian with no problem and lag when I wrote it.
Second one is in Persian with Persian numbers so was laggy as I was writing.
Third one is mixed of English and Persian (فارسی) and was laggy.
Last one pure English so no problem as expected.
