In this file cells P1 to P9 contains texts. I have deleted some part of the
actual texts to make meaningless text as the actual data was personal info. The
Actual file in which bug appeared was created back in 2015 or 2016.  

The detail of BUG: Select the cells P1 to P9.  Now change the font from drop
down  menu in menu bar. "Visibly" Font size of P5 will not change. But when
selecting P5 only the font size will show as change applied. But still font
size bisible to be unchanged.
