[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 122771] Navigator's vertical scroll-bar is no longer exhibited once Navigator's area has been reduced according to the horizontal axis.

Issue illustrated in picture a is n longer reproducible. A new issue though
arise; the hight of vertical scroll-bar does not scale while Navigator's area
is being reduced according to the vertical axis.
