1. Open the attached file
2. Set the cursor on page 2 and the end of the page (after yellow marking)
3. Insert a chart (positioned below)
4. CTRL+Z

The whole list shows the problem with 'as paragraph anchoring' next to 'to
character'. At the same time you can see different behavior with the same
anchoring set depending on the object in use... madding by itself. 
And why do the form elements have different anchoring between them?
