Description:
sous Libre Office 6.3 (version française), les CARACTERES SPECIAUX ne
fonctionnent pas. Quand on les appelle, Libre Office beugue immédiatement et le
document disparaît. On doit ensuite le réouvrir par le mode récupération. 
Ce bug est très embêtant car il n'y a pas moyen d'éditer les CARACTERES
SPECIAUX.
J'ai attendu plusieurs mois, mais c'est toujours pareil, personne n'a corrigé
ce problème.

2.Caractères spéciaux

Actual Results:
" En raison d'une erreur, LIbreOffice a planté. Tous les fichiers sur lesquels
vous travailliez vont être enregistrés. La prochaine fois que Libre Office sera
lancé, les fichiers seront automatiquement récupérés"

Expected Results:
open the window "caractères spéciaux", allowing to choose among them and put
them into a text
