Please, English only in this bugtracker.

No problem for me with special characters on Ubuntu 18.04.
The problem is probably related to a corruption of your user profile.
Please, could you first try to restart in safe mode: menu Aide > Redémarrer en
mode sans échec.

Status has been set to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once
requested information has been provided.
