A very useful function but so easy to miss. I speak from experience, having
only just discovered the buttons, despite the fact that the need for them has
frequently arisen in navigating through long documents (hundreds of pages).

Perhaps BACK and FORWARD could also be added to the VIEW menu or the navigator?
They also need to be discoverable in the helpfiles (couldn't find them).

(P.S. BACK and FORWARD are also known as "Previous view" and "Next view" in
other applications.)
