Can anyone advise where I can report this BUG also to LibreOffice as a Product
Enhancement! 
(I looked at their website and did not find option)

Novice users might find it much easier to start with by just using the Toolbar
bullet button rather then more complicated styles.

Especially when all they wants is a simple single bullet (with their spacing) -
rather then the default settings.

Personally, I think if LibreOffice (which is full of great features) was easier
for novice users - more people would use it.
