Description:
when displaying a menu, if it is longer than the distance from manu bar to the
bottom edge of the screen (like Writer insert menu), it covers and overlaps the
menu bar.
tested with same on 
-MX Linux (debian buster base) LO version 6.1.5 
-Manjaro Linux XFCE, LO version 6.3

On Windows, instead, works fine. LO 6.2 


Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a LO component, like writer
2. click on insert menu (or any other long enough menu for the screen you're
using
3. see how it overlaps the menu bar

Actual Results:
when the menu unfold it overlaps the menubar

Expected Results:
The menu should not overlap the menu bar. 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
it works the same on various linux os but the problem is not present on windows
