What type of database do you use? embedded HSQLDB? Mysql? ODBC? other?

Could you give a try at last stable LO version 6.4.5?
Also, could you rename your LO directory profile? (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile)
