Description:
The highlight color was blinking when I moved the mouse pointer over the
palette.

When I select a color in the color picker, the palette always flashes
continuously
This problem occurs with every software in Libre Office including Write, Calc,
Impress

Error function name: Font Color and Background Color
Device Information:
Windows 10 64-bit Pro 1909
Version Libre Office: 6.4.5.2 (x64)

Actual Results:
When I select a color in the color picker, the palette always flashes
continuously
