You can change to OpenGL rendering if GPU supported on your Windows system.

Otherwise the Skia (Vulkan accelerated or, 'raster' software only) rendering is
enabled by default at the 7.0.0 release. And seems the buffering issue for the
color pickers has been fixed in that release.
