[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 133926] After updating win 10 to version 2004 (build 19041.329), LibreOffice menus are going blank then it freezes.

LO uses Intel since cache\opengl_device indicates Intel.
On the page you provided, there's a download link.

It's expected since this driver doesn't seem blacklisted, LO will try to use
OpenGL.

I think you should try to update Dell applications then graphic card driver.
Not related but it seems there's a Bios/UEFI update to do.
