I can confirm exactly the original report using Debian 6.4.1, and that it is
GTK3-specific.  The focus not being on the "OK" button happens on other some
dialogs as well, but I so far have found it most annoying on CVS import.  It
seems that many dialogs are focusing on the first element in the dialog,
whatever that may be, so that pressing "enter" in dialogs no longer accepts &
closes but instead does something different in each dialog.
