Can you please try with a recent LO version, e.g. LO 6.3.5/LO 6.4.1?

Did you enable the LO Quickstarter?

Menu Tools/Options.../LibreOffice/General
LibreOffice Quickstarter
[X] Load LibreOffice during system start-up

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present(In reply to István from comment #0)
