Issue found by https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/93316

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open sw/qa/extras/ww8export/data/fdo66304-1.odt
2. Save it as DOC
3. Reopen the new file

-> Number of pages is 31 instead of 2
