Gary: the pb here is only those who have ZoomText can provide extra
information.
Without this, it'll be difficult to help.

2 things you can try before trying to retrieve a backtrace.
First, upgrade to 6.4.3 + follow instructions from
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
It might help.

V Stuart: just in case, would you know some people who would have ZoomText to
give it a try? (reproduce the bug and if it's the case, retrieve a bt)
