Very strange, I can't reproduce this

Tested on MBP 13" 2015 and 1920x1200 external screen

Slide show and presenter console show up fine on their respective monitors

I'm on Mojave though, so someone with Catalina should also test

Do you already have LO open before you connect the external screen?

Laptop screen the main screen
Connecting external screen and then LO and presenting: Works
Opening LO and then connecting external screen: Works
