[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 132761] After using Libre Calc for a while, the pull-down menus and the right-click menu have no text. Closing and restarting Libre Calc fixes it for a while, then problem reoccurs. Bug is triggered by amount of editing done, not by what is done.[1]

Several things:
1) I didn't read your message, it's far too long.
There are a lot of bugs so bugs should be described with minimum necessary.
+ 1 bug per bugtracker

2) try to upgrade to 6.4.3 indeed 6.3 branch will be soon EOL.

3) give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
