Screenshot of Arabic characters with 6.3.5 and English UI

Thanks for the screenshots.  I don't know much about Arabic but I can see there
is something wrong about smoothly connecting the characters.

However I can not reproduce with 6.3.5 and English UI on Windows 10:
Version: 6.3.5.2 (x64)
Build ID: dd0751754f11728f69b42ee2af66670068624673
CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

The characters seems all connected properly, with or without quotation marks.

Also, which Sheherazade font are you using?  In my screenshot I used the one
downloaded from https://software.sil.org/scheherazade/ , but they look rather
different from your screenshot.
