I mentioned the textbox because it becomes unresponsive while the GUI catches
up resulting in unexpected behaviors.  The textbox does work, but only when the
GUI isn't being laggy.

I don't have any way to measure fractions of seconds.  I'm just an end user
trying to do work.

I'm working on a presentation that is 360mb with lots of pictures.
