I don't think it's a reasonable request.

Being a Russian native speaker, I understand what Martin talks about. Yet, it's
unreasonable to create tons of duplicating translatable strings to account for
macOS differences. And of course, development of AI to manage natural languages
differences (creating word forms matching context) is out of question.

The placeholder approach is rather established; and given that dialog has quite
a lot of room for the tip, I assume it's always possible for a translator to
re-phrase the tip to e.g. not have the problematic word (krmilka) the first
word (avoiding uppecase/lowercase problem), or to be in proper case (maybe by
adding some introductory words).

Using fixed "Ctrl" (for both macOS and others) is also bad, because it's too
often that bug reports and user questions have confusion related to the key
combinations used in other OSes.
