FWIW, I basically followed [1] and [2] to quickly set up some Alfresco server
with CMIS functionality in some Debian VM, URL I enter in the dialog to connect
from within in the local network (NAT) is:
http://192.168.122.192:8080/alfresco/cmisws/RepositoryService?wsdl
