For clarification:
Q1) Is the fix already verified as working in 7.1 master?
Q2) If yes to Q1, the fix coming to the 7.0 branch?
Q3) If no to Q2, when can we expect the first release of 7.1?

As you can tell, I'm quite anxious for the fix. This abominable bug has been
plaguing me even more frequently as of late.
