Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_DK); UI: en-US
Calc: CL

Additional information.

1. The character before Figure had the "hidden" effect. I turned that off
before setting anchor "as character", but same result.

2. The Image is still shown in the Navigator, but using right-click Edit does
not give a dialog box.  Using right-click Go to moves the cursor to the end of
the paragraph in the footer.
