Did you re-grant as described in the link provided? Allow me to report from my
own experience: Once checked myself several times and found Libreoffice.app and
it did not work at all. The only procedure which fixed the issue was:
- Remove the existing privilege(completely)
- Add the Full Disk Access again.
In other words: It was not sufficient to check the privilege being granted but
it was required redo the granting action.
