I am affected by this bug as well. I am running Kubuntu 21.04 (not KDE Neon).

However, this is a very weird bug, because it is caused by some interaction
with another package that some people install on Linux to be able to access
their banking accounts: the "warsaw" package.

See, I started having this issue right after I installed "warsaw" to be able to
access my bank accounts (this is a very common requirement among Brazilian
banks). But it took me a long time to figure out the problem... I saw someone
saying in a forum or Reddit post (I can't recall exactly where) that this
problem was being caused by the warsaw package.

So as soon as I uninstalled the package and restarted the PC, everything was
back to normal. Copying and pasting was restored. However, now I can no longer
access my bank accounts on my PC.

Another weird aspect of this bug: it only happens if the menubar is visible
(even with warsaw installed). If you switch to the Tabbed interface and hide de
menubar, the bug vanishes.

Moreover, only LibreOffice is affected by this package. All other software work
as expected. Couldn't it be something related to the Kf5 backend?
