No, I disagree. Bug 144214 is an example that people will not figure out
themselves what 'raster' means. The checkbox needs to be called software
rendering, because that's the UI name for it.

The about dialog is inconsistent with it, but that section of the about dialog
shows technical info and Skia/Raster is the technical name for it. I think it's
wasteful to write out 'software rendering' there, and given that it's technical
info, people not understanding that one is a smaller problem (that already
exists anyway).
