Yes agree with Luboš here Skia/Vulkan is the GPU hardware accelerated
rendering. Successor to OpenGL GPU hardware accerated rendering.

While Skia/Raster is software rendering with Skia libs but with the GPU hw
acceleration disabled.

Changing the Help/Abaout dialog to show Skia/Software rendered would be the
change to make consistent with the UI.
