Hi,

At this point it looks like we are in agreement about

a) where and how to extract the information required by the bug submission assistant
    http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant#Data_sources
b) the implementation of the steps
    http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant_-_ToDo#Define_steps_and_sort_order_for_items_of_Assistant

The draft implementation, updated today, can be checked at https://freedesktop.dachary.org/libreoffice/bug/bug.html

The looks of the bug assistant prototype now becomes an issue. If we had mockups, it would look like the final result and it would be
easier to work out the details. I added a task to the ToDo http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant_-_ToDo#Everything_else

From my experience with web sites implementation, I think it would be best to wait for the mockup before trying to fine tune the functionalities or the
content. I have a strong feeling that the content, the behavior and the aspect now need to be worked on simultaneously.

If it turns out that a mockup cannot be obtained because no web designer is available in the foreseeable future, I could try to hack something based on an existing form. But it will most certainly be ugly and a waste of time.
