Dear Cor,

Thanks for your answer. But when I cut cells lines and mark the line to 
past with Ctrl+Shift+V the option move below isn't available.  In 
Msoffice it is possible. Have a command just for it.

Below I Cut the line ten with number 8 in the cell A10



Now I tried to past what I had cut before. But it isn't available. The 
sequence of the number that I need is: 1,2,3,8,4,5,6,7,9 It was I wanted 
to do.
Try to do this in Libreoffice. Today, you need cut the cell, delete the 
cell cut, insert new cell below number 3 and after this, just after 
this, paste the number 8.
You need make 4 operations, in Ms office, only 2 operations, Cut ant 
paste inserting.


In that example insert line and paste is the solution, but when I need 
to cut one hundred cells or more, it impossible or not produced to count 
the lines to insert lines.

I try to explain it for many people but i receive the same answer that 
you did.

In Msoffice have a command "past inserting" it is the new feature that 
many people would like to see in Libreoffice.
How does it (past inserting) arrive to developers it the problem to me. 
I try it for years, but nobody understand me.
