nothing changed about it since creation

me, but TBH I only plan to track master and there do an update on each major
release. Finding the change between majors is what is tricky for devs. Do we
see bugs in releases that are not in the latest build of the bibisect (that is:
4.0 branchoff)? If so, how many?
 
Im CCing Norbert and Jean-Baptiste as they are working on a version that is
updated ~daily by builds in Canonicals QA lab. We could use that version too,
if there are indeed regressions after branchpoint.
