Hi Joren,

Currently I am a little helpless, I can't find any ban creteria for you. 
So I did it the hard way with a bug report
"Bug 59011 - MAILING: particular user can not subscribe to 
libreoffice-qa at lists.freedesktop.org"
  <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59011>, please leave 
some additional info there.

Further discussion preferably in the bug report, or if that seems not 
appropriate, here on the mailing list.

Please always keep Joren in CC!
