Полную многоязычную сборку можно не делать и использовать:
-  эту сборку
/dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/libreoffice-4-1/Win-x86 at 6/../.zip/
- локализацию отсюда
/dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/libreoffice-4-1/Linux-x86 at 34-Release-Configuration-RHEL5-Baseline/../deb_langpack_cs.tar.gz/

В ZIP-версии одна ошибка в файле /bootstrap.ini/:
строка /UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/../LibreOffice/4/
должна иметь вид
UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/..
