at this link I still see a lot of bugs table regarding the many 3.3 and  
3.4 releases

I'd expect to see just one "3.3 all release" and a "3.4 all release" table

so I'm wondering if the "version collapse" will have effect even on  
previously submitted bugs or just on the new ones
