So do those URLs show up in LibreOffice itself, or?  (I'm not quite
sure of how the content of the Translations repo is used...)

We should be able to use the Apache mod_rewrite module* to rewrite all
requests to
  http(s)://bugs.libreoffice.org/*

to go to
  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/

I'll try to remember to bug cloph about this :-)
