[Libreoffice-qa] [libreoffice-website] Bugzilla replacement

Hi,

I think we first need to go to our own instance of bugzilla. That is 
being prepared at the moment.
Afterwards we can look at other tools. But I wouldn't waste to much time 
at the moment.
