Hi folks,

Just a quick update on using ownCloud for QA purposes.

General documentation about our instance of ownCloud is available here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/ownCloud

The shared 'Common' folder may be used to store general, public
content relating to LibreOffice. Anything relating to QA goes in
Common/QA -- for example t-shirt designs for the Triage Contest:
https://owncloud.documentfoundation.org/Common/QA/Triage_Contest_2013/t-shirt-design

By leveraging mod_rewrite, we've made it easy for you to link to the
Common directory or any subdirectory/subfile.

For large files that won't fit in Bugzilla, please follow the naming
conventions detailed here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/ownCloud#Large_Files_for_QA

If you have sensitive/private files required for bug repro (and can't
find or create a substitute file), please email those files to Joel
Madero or me and we will upload the file to a private QA folder on
ownCloud. A small group of devs and QA Team members have access to
this folder and can triage and fix bugs in this special category:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/ownCloud#Sensitive_Files_for_QA

Cheers,
--R
