[Libreoffice-qa] REPOENED Status

Hi Joel,
I do not remember any direct way from WFM to UNCONFIRMED. I have not done much lately, but REOPENED was the only "meaningful" way to get it out of resolved state... Anyway, thanks for highlighting :)
