This sounds like a useful feature for LibreOffice. I did a little
digging, and I see that there is a box-and-whiskers enhancement
request in our bugtracker currently:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70361

Henri - Is box-and-whisker the same as a boxplot/mean-and-error plot?
