[Libreoffice-qa] New Attachments Wiki with Macro for Confidential Documents

Hi All,

I put together a simple wiki that has general tips about adding
attachments. It also has a link to a really really simple macro I put
together to strip out confidential info and instructions on how to use
it. Feel free to add more to the wiki:

It would be great if someone (me maybe at some point) adds:
1. Helpful screenshots;
2. The cool images we have for instructions (such as "insert" button)
