Which extension website? Do you mean 
http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/mysql-native-connector-for-libreoffice-4.x or 
http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/mysql-driver-apache-openoffice? I do not see any one at the first site ... :(
