I need additional Linux and Mac testers with dual monitor setup for this  
one:

it seems we are dealing with 3 different issues regarding presenter  
console in different platforms.

presenter console not shown in Windows, badly rendered in Linux, crash  
with Mac

I'm thinking of splitting the report into 3 separate ones if I got other  
confirmations.
