Bit further to this, disconnect in STR for the
bug--https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88117

SVG export filtering makes distinction between exporting entire Draw ODG,
and selecting some portion of the Draw elements and exporting.

A selection of Draw elements results in a truncation of bounding and extent
in the resulting SVG.
