[Libreoffice-ux-advise] Toolbar look improvement

Hi,

Personally, I like the improved look and I can't see any real drawbacks to
the change. Discover-ability shouldn't be much of an issue since those
willing to customize should be familiar with right clicking toolbars. But I
don't have much say around here since I've been on this list for only a few
days...
